Emeril Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 reviews
Welcome to my Emeril Lagasse power air fryer 360 review. You may have seen the commercials on TV so can it really do what it claims to do? Let’s find out!
As you will see, it is unfair to label it an Air Fryer…it does way more than that. The reality is that it is a multi-usage device that can replace several appliances in your kitchen.
This latest iteration is bigger in capacity with more features. It looks a lot sleeker too, so let’s see if the performance matches the good looks.

What is in the box

The box is fairly large…as you would expect since it is quite a big appliance. The packaging is ok, nothing too fancy but that is not exactly a negative.
In the box, you will find the following;
- Emeril Lagasse power air fryer
- Quick start guide
- Warranty instructions
- Drip tray
- Baking pan
- Crisper tray
- Rack
- Rotisserie
Before you start, you are expected to wipe the machine down and wash all the accessories that come with it. I assume that you all do that anyway, but they do tell you to do it anyway.
One thing that was missing was a recipe guide. It is not a deal breaker but it is pretty standard for manufacturers to at least offer something. Most people want a few recipes to follow to help them become more familiar with the machine.
I did find out that there was a recipe guide online but there was nothing to indicate its existence in the packaging.
Design
It is big…very big. It’s very heavy too. Obviously, it is much bigger than your standard air fryer…but again, this is not just an air fryer. When you factor in all that it does and what kind of other appliances it can replace, the size of it becomes more reasonable.
I don’t know about you but when I put an appliance down, it stays there a while. Therefore, the weight shouldn’t really be an issue after the initial set up.
As for the looks, I like it. It looks fresh and modern, a little like an oversized microwave oven. It feels like it is well designed with some thought gone into the design process.
Everything is instinctively where you think it should be and I really like the dials on it rather than lots of buttons. I just feel there is less to go wrong on it.
The screen is backlit nicely and there is some very helpful writing on the side of the door which tells you which shelf you should put things on.
Functionality
Before I get into the functions that it has, I think I should touch upon accessing them. Don’t worry, it is not some complicated computer system.
The functions are actually quite easy to find and start. It is quite intuitive so this is actually a real big positive given the number of functions that it has.
As we know, the Emeril Lagasse power air fryer is marketed as a multi-functional device that offers plenty of functions and allows you to have all these in one machine.
The Emeril Lagasse power air fryer does the following;
- Air fry
- Rotisserie
- Bake
- Toast
- Dehydrate
- Broil
- Bagel
- Pizza
- Slow cooker
- Reheat
- Rotisserie
Durability
The door opening feels nice and the hinge looks solid too. Overall, I think it is a nice item that will look great in most kitchens. Of course, these are just visual aspects, the proof will always be in the performance in a machine like this.
The handle feels robust and it stays pretty cool even when cooking.
Performance
We can talk all we want about how appliances look and what they do. The most important thing is how it performs.
With the Emeril Lagasse power air fryer, I opted to try a few different tasks.
Firstly, I made some toast to see how that performed. I then broiled some steak followed by air fryer rotisserie chicken.
I finished my test by seeing whether the dehydrator could match the performance of my standalone dehydrator.
Toast
The toast function actually works really well, much better than I thought it would. The toast came out with a nice and even toast. This is great for both bread and bagels. A nice touch is that it allows you to alter the level of browning that you want.

Steak
As with the tv adverts for the Emeril Lagasse power air fryer, they make some steak. I too made steak. The end result using the broiler was satisfactory but this is not my preferred method of making steak.
I used the rack to make it on so there was a mess at the bottom on the drip tray that needed some cleaning. The steak too a total of 20 minutes to cook, but it did cook pretty well.

Rotisserie chicken
The Emeril Lagasse power air fryer 360 is described as an air fryer so this is my test. I used the rotisserie to air fry a chicken. The capacity is a 4lb chicken so that is what I used. I cooked it at 350F for 45 minutes based on the presets.
The results? It was very nice. The chicken came out perfectly cooked and tasted great. A relief since this was the function that really mattered to me.

Emeril Lagasse power air fryer advantages
- Good looks
- Pricing
- Variety of cooking functions
- Allows me to remove other appliances
Emeril Lagasse power air fryer disadvantages
- You need to buy extra accessories and shelves to give you more flexibility
- You need plenty of counter space
Who would it suit?
It would suit a number of different customer profiles. Since it offers so many functions, it would be great for those looking to reduce the number of appliances in their kitchen.
Would I buy it?
I did a full test on the Emeril Lagasse power air fryer using a lot of the functions it offered. I would say that it did quite well considering the range that it offers.
I think there is a lot to be said for having a larger oven in your kitchen. It does give you that much more flexibility.
Nothing went wrong in my tests, on the contrary it cooked everything well…just like the adverts I saw on TV!
I was very impressed with the air fryer function as this is principally why it was tested. Following this test, I also tested the slow cook function and a number of other things, like chicken wings, all of them performing well.
A downside is the extra things that you have to buy, it would have been nice for them to include a few more accessories. They aren’t to expensive to buy so it wasn’t a deal breaker but I just think it gives the buyer more value while not costing them much at all.
Overall, I recommend the Emeril Lagasse power air fryer as a buy but only if you think you will make the most of the functionality it offers. If you don’t need all those functions, you can spend less on a simple air fryer oven.
That concludes my Emeril Lagasse power air fryer 360 review, I hope you found it useful. If you have something to add, please leave a comment below.
