FAQ’s
How long to cook frozen chicken nuggets in air fryer?
Your frozen chicken nuggets will take 12 minutes to cook in your air fryer. However, not all air fryers are the same so the best thing you can do is keep an eye on them. Leave them to cook a little longer if they still look a little pale.
Do I need to use oil when cooking chicken nuggets?
You do not have to, but there is nothing to stop you spraying cooking oil on them. This will result in the crumb being crispier.
I have homemade frozen chicken nuggets, how do I cook them?
You cook them exactly the same way as store bought chicken nuggets.
Should I thaw out chicken nuggets?
No, they are designed to be cooked from frozen, therefore please stick to that. The exception is if they are home made. In that case reduce the cooking time slightly but keep an eye on them to check they are cooked through. I always recommend that you use a meat thermometer to be 100% sure.
