There are few delights in life than pizza for breakfast. Now I know I’m a responsible human being…children, husband, home…career.

Still nothing makes me smile more than a reheated pizza in
the morning. Why waste it…right?

Contrary to popular opinion, it isn’t dry and crusty…reheat
your pizza right and it is a real treat.

The old method of reheating pizza involves either a
microwave or an oven. The microwave blitzes it on an industrial scale…it is a
terrible idea. The end result is soggy pizza that will burn your mouth.

Using a conventional oven is better than a microwave, but
the end result is still not that satisfactory. Ovens tend to dry the pizza out
meaning they wont taste as good as they did the night before.

If you want to reheat pizza in air fryer, there is only one
real solution that delivers…the humble air fryer.

Yes, that little machine in the corner of your kitchen that
you already know creates magic.

Can you reheat pizza
in an air fryer?

Yes…of course you can. Quite frankly, it’s wasted food
otherwise. There are plenty of people who think that pizza left overnight is
ruined…it’s not, you just need to reheat it right.

There is nothing wrong with eating reheated pizza. It is
still good to eat. If you are a responsible adult, you will do just that!

The first thing you need to do is make sure that it is good
to eat. I know this might be a strange request, but finding a pizza under your
table a few days after it was ordered does not make it ‘good’ to eat. It might
actually be a hazard!

Reheat pizza air
fryer method

This method is the one I use as it gives the best results.
It involves my trusted air fryer and obviously leftover pizza.

The first thing you need to do is to assess the pizza. How
big are the slices, how thick are the slices…how many can I fit into my air
fryer?

These are questions you need to ask as it will determine how
long you need to cook them for. You want the pizza to reheat evenly, so you
need to cook air fry them flat without them overlapping.

This is very important, the rapid air in an air fryer needs
to flow.

You want to heat the pizza slowly to get the best results.
Heating it quickly just means you are burning the surface without really
heating it through. Patience is important for the best results. Remember…this
is definitely worth the wait and it is literally an extra few minutes of
waiting.
