A premium brand famous for their Dutch ovens…Staub

History

A relatively young company, Staub began life in 1974 in the Alsace region of France. Francis Staub founded his company designing his French oven or Cocotte using the finest cast iron and latest enameling technology available. The grandson of a cookware merchant, the industry was close at heart.

This was the springboard for their success. Fast forward today and you have a company with a fantastic reputation delivering the highest quality products. Staub alongside Le Creuset set the benchmark in the cast iron Dutch oven market.

Staub products create the perfect environment for slow-cooked, flavorsome meals. Staub is a perfect representation of its locality, Alsace has a rich heritage in fine food and one pot recipes alongside a long history and tradition in enameled ceramics.

The stork is the emblem of Staub and all its products are manufactured in France.

In June 2008, Staub was sold to ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS Group, and continues to operate independently delivering the same fine products.
